Placing an order:

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and the fabric you have chosen will be ordered to make your garment. You will not be able to cancel the order; please make sure you have selected the right fabrics and the correct size. If you have any questions, at all, about either fabric or sizing please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the unlikely event that your fabric choice is unavailable to order, you will be notified immediately. You will have the option to either: receive a refund, choose another fabric, or wait for your original choice to come back in stock.

If you would like to see the fabric choices available, customers are welcome to come and visit the studio and see and feel for themselves. Email us and book an appointment.

If you love the design but would like a different colour/fabric option that isn’t advertised, please get in touch. We may be able to create exactly what you have in mind.

Delivery:

All items are delivered using a Royal Mail tracked service

Delivery is free within the UK

Rest of world £20

Non UK customers please note: shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure the delivery address is correct as lost/undelivered orders due to an incorrect delivery address is the responsibility of the customer.

UK customers will receive their order within 3-6 weeks from the order confirmation email.

Non UK customers will receive their order within 3-8 weeks from the order confirmation email.

When your order is shipped, you will be notified.

Returns:

Vernicia is unable to offer refunds, as all items are made to order and to the unique specification of the customer.

Please refer to the size guide to make sure it’s the right fit for you. If you have any further questions about the sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All items are carefully checked before being shipped to the customer. However, if an item is faulty upon arrival, please contact customerservice@vernicia.co.uk immediately. Where possible, a repair will be offered.
